Users who want to make use of the toolbox services need to register on the system.

Two profiles are currently supported: End User and National / EC user Focal Point . The End User can search for existing products among those made available through the toolbox portal and submit requests for new products.

The National / EC user Focal Point is the contact point in each country and in the EC services establishing the user needs and requirements of the civil protection community and EC services.

The Users can submit requests to receive an End User account with the procedures described in Requesting an account paragraph.
