Creating new Users

The “Control Panel” interface is the main interface to manage the contents and the users of the linker toolbox and it is accessible by the top right dropdown menu shown in Figure 5-19. In particular, the linker toolbox user management is organised two different groups called “organisations”:

  • End User Organisation: with the functionalities described in 4 - User Guide
  • NFP Organisation with the functionalities described in 5 - National Focal Point Guide

In order to manage user information, it is necessary to go on the “actions” button (Figure 5-20) and select “Edit” button; then an interface similar to the one shown in Figure 5-22 will be used to modify the user information. After having inserted the info related to the User, it will be possible to select the organisation the User belong to by clicking on the dedicated link (Figure 5-21).

Finally, the new user is created (or modified) using the “save” button.
