Users who want to receive an account to access linkER toolbox services have to follow the “create account” link in the Login page of the portal (accessible as explained in The GMES ERS toolbox web interface).

They will be asked to enter valid e-mail address and the request for contact will be submitted to the National / EC user Focal Point, who will be responsible for contacting the User.

Then the NFP can decide to create the new account and, after, a temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address provided. The User will be asked to change it after the first login.

A User who logs in with an End User account can access all the functionalities described in the chapter Getting started with the GMES ERS Toolbox and in the present one.
