End Users

In the GMES Emergency Response Service organization the End Users are the final users of the products generated during a GMES Emergency Response Service activation.

End Users belong to the following macro communities:

• Civil Protection: EU Member States national or regional organizations involved in Civil Protection and Rescue operations (e.g. 112, fire brigades, Fire&Rescue services, Ministry of Interior, etc.);
• Humanitarian Aid: national or international organizations involved in international cooperation and humanitarian operations worldwide (e.g. UN, WFP, NGOs, etc.)

In case of need End Users may request specific products selected from the GMES Emergency Response Service standard Product Portfolio, following basic procedures.

End Users are generally federated by their respective National / EC user Focal Point, through which they trigger the GMES Emergency Response Service.
