Basic procedures for End Users

This page is the entry point to access a set of basic procedures that the End Users should be aware of when dealing with the GMES Emergency Response Service.

Standard procedures are already in place for:

1. Activating the service and require a specific product (Activate GMES ERS - End User);
2. Providing your feedback about the received GMES ERS products and service (Feedback).

All these procedures are used during a GMES Emergency Response Service activation and they compose all the necessary steps that a End Users shall follow to obtain the expected results.
