Basic procedures for National / EC user Focal Point

This page is the entry point to access a set of basic procedures that the National / EC user Focal Point should be aware of when dealing with the GMES Emergency Response Service.

Standard procedures are already in place for:

1. Activating the service and require a specific product (Activate GMES ERS - NFP);
2. Extending an already running GMES ERS activation (Extend an activation);
3. Validating the received GMES ERS products (Validate products);
4. Accepting the delivery of GMES ERS products (Accept products);
5. Providing your feedback about the received GMES ERS products and service (Feedback);
6. Closing an on going GMES ERS activation (Close an activation).

All these procedures are used during a GMES Emergency Response Service activation (apart from n.2 "Extend an activation") and they compose all the necessary steps that a National / EC user Focal Point shall follow to obtain the expected results.
