Service Level Specifications

Service Level Specifications are a set of measurable parameters that indicate the minimun performances of the service. Service Level Specifications regulate also the interactions between the National / EC user Focal Points and the Focal Point

For the GMES Emergency Response Service specific Service Level Specifications exist for both Emergency Mapping and Emergency Support mapping.

Current Emergency Mapping and Emergency Support Mapping Service level Specifications are set up according to precise and measurable parameters.
